The Outdoor Centerpiece The seasonal heated pool is the heart of the estate, framed by a dramatic rock wall and a cascading waterfall worthy of a five-star resort. Steps away sit a generous hot tub, an outdoor fire pit, and a full outdoor kitchen with sink and grills built for anyone who takes barbecue seriously. From mid-June through July, the Dollywood fireworks light up the sky every night, watched from your own backyard. Private enough that the only crowd you'll see is the one you invited.
Main Level Two bedrooms anchor the main floor. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, a gas log fireplace, and a private door opening directly onto the deck, with views of the pool and hot tub below. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and a full bath with a relaxing soaking tub. The fully equipped kitchen runs on a gas range with modern appliances, the dining room seats the whole group, and both the sitting room and living room center on their own gas fireplaces. A dedicated movie theater room with luxury seating turns any evening into a main event, whether it's a film or the big game.
Upper Level Four more bedrooms await upstairs. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a full bath with a shower/tub combo. Bedroom 4 pairs a queen bed with a twin-over-full bunk, perfect for the kids. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each feature a queen bed and share a Jack-and-Jill luxury bath with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a spacious jacuzzi tub.
Lower Level The lower level is built for fun. A custom pirate ship bar, round high-top tables, a gas fireplace, a TV for the game, an arcade game, and a full pool table give your group somewhere to gather long after the sun goes down. There's also an exercise room with Bowflex equipment and its own bathroom and shower.
